We checked into the wrong ATLAS hotel, because the email said we had been upgraded to the ATLAS Grand, when in fact we had not - we were only moved to an apartment at the ATLAS Posthotel. The following 3 days, there was no-one in the hotel lobby, the door was locked, and there was no breakfast as advertised. There was no way to address concerns, ask for more pillows, ask for reservations from the concierge, nothing. Unprofessional not to at least warn us. I've never been to a hotel that wasn't manned at least part of the day - I have no idea what happened. I left the key in the box outside as there was nobody to return it to.
